Cancellation Policy

RVS requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. This lesson time is reserved for you and others will be turned away for that time so please schedule carefully. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. If you need to cancel because of an unexpected situation, please get in touch with me at 617-529-9235 or realignvoicestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. To cancel your appointment, please text 617-529-9235 or follow the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email.
